Regent SIFE has 3 Hunger Relief Business Strategy Components:
- An on-campus semester-long food and fundraising drive (Regent “Let’s Can Hunger” initiative) to fill an Operation Blessing International (OBI) Hunger Strike Force (HSF) tractor trailer with canned soup, pasta, rice, baby formula, and canned vegetables.
- A corporate initiative to inspire Hampton Roads corporations and their employees to fill an OBI HSF tractor trailer with canned soup (or purchase a Campbell’s tractor trailer load of soup) for pickup, transportation, and distribution for hunger relief needs throughout the U.S.
- An international collaborative initiative with OBI to raise funds to establish a food bank in Niger, Africa.
